For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been active, running, jumping and playing in various team sports. So when I started working out with a personal trainer at an early age, I not only saw how it changed my body, I saw how it shaped me from the inside. I knew then that I wanted to take that experience and share it with others. Since 1998, I’ve had the privilege of training women and men – from novice to seasoned athlete – to build powerful bodies and minds.
I love what I do. It is very rewarding to see others have great success from my guidance, and that motivates me to continue doing this every day.
I truly believe that no matter who you are, or your perceived limitations, size or age, my job as your professional trainer is to inspire, teach, motivate and encourage you to be your best and healthiest self through a personalized exercise practice.
